Marshall Hancock has been a licensed Realtor for over 12 years.  His background includes a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and he also holds a General Contractor’s license so Marshall really understands housing from the ground up.  He is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and also a Certified Short Sale Negotiater (CSSN) so whether you are buying your home or selling it Marshall has the expertise to make the process a simple one.  Marshall continues to be a multi-million dollar producer year in and year helping clients buy and sell real estate for long term investment as well as short term gains.

Brenton Fernandez, Group Manager

 
Dynamic, self-driven, goal focused.  Brenton graduated from California State University, Fresno.  He later moved to Southern California, then Arizona to become a Realtor/Investor. Brenton has continued to be a multi million dollar producer with real estate throughout the Southeast Valley since 2005. Brenton has his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) certifications.  AZ Home Gurus Group was implemented to assist clients with all of their real estate needs.

Erin Handerhan, Realtor/MLO

Erin was born and raised in New Jersey, attending Rutgers University for three years then finished her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University.  Erin acquired her New Jersey real estate license in 1994.  She bought her first investment home that same year and was hooked.  Within two years she bought, fixed, and sold seventeen homes by the age 24.  In 1997, she moved to Southern California and got her California real estate license buying and selling homes for herself and others. Erin moved to Arizona in 2004 to participate in the housing boom, bringing 16 years of experience and a love for real estate. Erin recently acquired a MLO and is working at Academy Mortgage in Chandler Arizona on The Melin Team.
